AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND HOUSINGASSISTANCE.COM

This Web site is offered to you, the "Applicant" conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained in this agreement. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

All of the information I have provided in this EZ Grant Request or Registration forms is true and correct. I authorize Housingassistance.com and its affiliates and participating lenders to check my credit and employment history. I will truthfully answer questions regarding my credit history and will provide information that may be needed to correct erroneous information knowing that the same may be forwarded to the credit bureaus on my behalf. I understand that Housingassistance.com and its participating lenders will retain the information collected on the on-line form, whether or not I am qualified for a Grant with them. I acknowledge that this is NOT an application for credit. I understand that this is an application for a Home Grant and a pre-qualification for a mortgage. I understand that I may have be required to complete a Residential Loan Mortgage Application, which will be forwarded to me to complete from one of the participating lenders, before I receive a Mortgage Loan Commitment from one of the participating lenders.

HOME GRANT AND LOAN SERVICES
The participating Housingassistance.com lenders do make loans and credit decisions in connection with mortgage loans. Housingassistance.com participating lenders provide loan services and will make suggestions as to what loan program will best fit your needs. These suggestions are "opinions" and should be used for administrative and consultative only. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which available loan product will best suit your needs and financial abilities. Housingassistance.com or its participating lenders will not be liable for any damages, or costs of any type, arising out of, or in any way connected, with your use of their services. Housingassistance.com web-site and the services provided by Housingassistance.com or its participating lenders are available only in connection with mortgage loans made on real property located in the fifty states and the District of Columbia unless otherwise specified to citizens and residents of the United States. Grants and Loans may only be made to residents of, or secured by real property located in, states where Housingassistance.com or its participating lenders are licensed or authorized to make such Grants or loans. Housingassistance.com and its participating Lenders are not attempting to make loans outside of their authorized states or country by participating in our program. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction mid venue of courts in Clark County, Nevada, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Housingassistance.com and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, promises and proposals, whether oral, written or electronic, between you and Housingassistance.com with respect to this web-site and information, products and services associated with it.
