Instructions
You must first register to participate in the budget spending plan. The registration will permit you to choose your own personal login and password. Your personal information is stored on a secure server and you will be the only one with access to your records. Once you are registered you will be set up to start preparing your budget spending plan.
It is very important to complete as much of the information as you can. If you do not have all the information you will be able to log back in and complete at a later time.
The budget spending plan is a money management spreadsheet program with many other key features. It's a smart plan that works for you and will on occasion send you emails with valuable money saving information, custom coupons, money saving tips and much more. It's not just another budget plan it's a program that helps you balance your income and expenses but it helps you create savings and helps you save money.
Important information needed of form
Start on the section that says registrants first enter your name(s), address, phone number and email address. If you do not have an email account use a friends or relatives until we can help you obtain one.
Next go to the Income tab than enter you're gross in column one (1), then your net income in column two (2). You can find your income information on your pay stubs. The second registrant should enter the same information as the first registrant. If you have other income please list that in the other income section include both your gross income and net income.
Then after completing the income section go to the debt section. The debt section has several sections that are broken down into type of debts. Make sure you take your time and enter all your debts including the balances. You will be entering debts like mortgage payments, rent, auto loans, credit cards and any other debts that you have to pay.
Finally you will need to go to the other expenses section. This is where you will enter all your other expenses. In this section you will enter expenses like utility bills for example, electric, gas, telephone, cable, etc. You should also enter all other expenses like grocery bills, clothing, medical, entertainment, auto repair, auto maintenance, etc. There will be a list of typical expenses that most consumers may have or are likely to experience. The form also includes line items to place funds in these items to remain on reserve for future expenses. The funds that are allotted for the reserve items should be placed in an interest bearing savings account. The form is a smart form will transfer data to other screens.
